Let’s listen to the sharing from the Kindergarten Teachers – who led the little angels to achieve the championship trophy during Kindergarten Sports Week.

Sport Week is an event organized by WASS Kindergarten that aims to build solidarity and create a playground for students to have meaningful physical lessons. They accompanied the students throughout this year’s sports journey, the teachers had very meaningful things to share.

GROW MORE THROUGH SPORTS ACTIVITIES

Although the event has passed, for Ms. Thanh Ngan – Kangaroo 5 homeroom teacher, the emotions are still intact: “Before the students competed, I was extremely worried and nervous, an indescribable emotion like I participated in the contest myself. When I saw the students putting in their best effort to compete, the sweat drops on their foreheads made me really emotional. At the moment when the students played their best, I felt that they seemed to have grown up, knowing how to persevere in their efforts to move forward. There were moments when the students were very tired but they still did not give up, trying to achieve the goal. It was at this moment that my heart swelled with indescribable pride. I am extremely proud that my students have challenged themselves, proud that they have persevered to overcome these difficulties. More than that, the spirit of solidarity, the students knew how to support each other and coordinate well together in the games.”

As mentors to the students every day, the teachers want nothing more than through these sports activities, the students will learn lessons about health and teamwork. However, the little angels still surprised their teachers. “Initially, when I joined, I just wanted my students to exercise and try their best. But no, the sports festival ended far beyond my initial expectations. I am really happy and extremely proud to witness the growth and maturity of my students. I don’t know where and when it came from, but they were full of enthusiasm and solidarity. It is that spirit that has helped them have an admirable victory with the achievement of 3 first prizes and a second prize out of a total of 4 competitions at the Sport Week” – Ms. Thao Huyen – Homeroom teacher of Pre 5.

AMAZING LITTLE CHAMPIONS

According to Ms. Le Ngoc Hoang Yen – Homeroom teacher of Pre 1 class: “The students felt very happy and proud when their class received the first prize in the Sports Week event organized by WASS Kindergarten. The proudest thing is that the competition has helped the students to bond with each other and improve the team spirit of their class. The efforts and mutual support of the students are the motivation to help our class win. All of you are very strong and wonderful little champions.”

Talking about the benefits of sports activities for preschool age, Ms. Yen commented: “Sports Week not only helps students relax after class and exercise, but also helps them be more self-aware, responsible in the group, and have more opportunities to interact with friends at Nguyen Huu Canh campus. In addition, I want to sincerely thank their parents for accompanying the students and cheering them on during the last Sports Week. Sports help us improve our physical and mental health, and are especially important for the development of our students. Therefore, for the student’s sports and outdoor activities, teachers are always looking for interesting activities to motivate them to participate actively. Thank you WASS Kindergarten for creating a useful playground for students to have exciting and fun sports experiences.”

Hopefully, with the extreme moments of Sports Week, the students of WASS Kindergarten will love sports and exercise more, and become more mature with great childhood memories.
