Payment of all fees may be paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer. For payment by card or cash, the payment limit is 15,000,000 VND.
International programs result in many advantages when studying abroad such as English proficiency, important learning skills such as presentation, critical and creative thinking or international mindset, as well as creating a diverse pathway for higher education and career development after graduation.
Depending on the requirements of each country, students may need to take some supplement courses. However, if you are planning to relocate to Australia, our alumni who studied in the Western Australian program can testify for the seamless transfer they experienced.
Graduates from Diploma programs such as IBDP, WACE at WASS, can enhance their opportunities and scholarship competitiveness when enrolling in prestigious universities world wide. They will also not be required to take a foundation term for basic learning skills if they are successful in these programs.
Students studying the International program cannot switch to the Bilingual program.
Yes. At the beginning of every school year, parents will fill in the application form and students are required to take an Entrance Test for class classification if they wish to transfer to an international program.
No. WASS does not have early registration or allow for reservations to be made. The placement or The Letter of Offer will be based on availability seats of our classrooms.
Yes, parents and prospective students can book a Campus Tour or take a Virtual Tour. The school tour will be available after 5 PM working days or 8 AM to 11:45 AM every Saturday, while you can visit WASS virtually anytime here.
While parents drive your children to school, you can register our comprehensive school bus service.
The shuttle bus is scheduled according to the school’s schedule from Monday to Friday. Pick up students in different time zones from 6 AM to 7:20 AM, and make sure they arrive at school from 8 AM to 8:10 AM.
Breakfast will be served at the school canteen between 7 AM – 7:45 AM and 9:30 AM – 9:40 AM Lunch will be served between 11 AM to 12 PM. Each day and a snack will be provided during the afternoon break.
Students normally need to be in their classroom at 7:45 AM. Classes normally start at 8:10 AM and finish at 4 PM. After-school sports and school clubs run from 4 PM to 5 PM, from Monday to Friday.
WASS school year generally begins during the first week of August and finishes about the end of June. For more information, please visit the WASS school calendar here.
Currently, WASS offers two programs: Integrated International Programs and Integrated Bilingual Programs for Pre to Year 12 students. WASS Kindergarten is designed for 2 – 6 years old students.
For Diploma Programs, we are having: WACE – Western Australian Certificate of Education, and IBDP – International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme; accredited respectively by SCSA – School Curriculum and Standard Authority, and IBO – International Baccalaureate Organization.
Prospective students are encouraged to take the entrance exam at the school to assess their language skills and relevant skills in subjects. We will use the outcomes of this assessment for admission and placement of your child into the educational program that is most suited to them.
The result will be informed to parents and students within several working days. We much appreciate your patience and trust in WASS.
Yes. Depending on the program and school grade of students, the entrance exam will have different content and timing.

Usually, the Entrance Exam will take place on Saturday or Sunday and is expected to last between 2.5 to 3 hours (depending on the selected program). For detailed information, please contact the Admission Office by phone or send us Inquiry via email.

WASS does not charge any fee for the Entrance Exam.
Parents can choose to pay fees annually, by Semester, or by Term. There will be two semesters in every school year. And there are four terms in a school year.
