
Consultation
Parents and students will be consulted about the admission process, facilities, extracurricular activities, admission requirements, school rules, fees, transportation, summer courses based on official policies of WASS and the Minister of Education (MoET).

Entrance Exams
Pre and Year 1 students
An entrance test for both Integrated International and Integrated Bilingual programs will be an interview with Vietnamese and foreign teachers.
From Year 2 and higher
An entrance exam will be different between International Program and Integrated Bilingual Program:
Prospective students will take a paper test in bilingual and an interview in English. The paper test will examine students’ ability in English, Mathematics and Literature (in Vietnamese).
Duration: 3 hours
Date: usually Saturday or Sunday

Admission Results
Admission is based on the results of the entrance exam, comments from the Academic Council and numbers of available seats at that time.
The result or Letter of Offer will be informed to parents within 3 – 5 working days.
The Academic Council includes the Principal, Director of Western Australian program and program coordinators.

Enrollment
Once you receive a Letter of Offer, parents must submit an Admission Fee within five days for enrollment confirmation and reserve your child’s seat.

- Transcripts (if student is pursuing international program)
- Medical certificate
- School transfer documents
- A notarized copy of birth certificate
- Translation of birth certificate (applied for foreign students)
- Translation of passport (applied for foreign students)
- A primary program completion certificate (for secondary students)
- A secondary program completion certificate (for high school students)
