Consultation
Parents and students will be consulted about the admission process, facilities, extracurricular activities, admission requirements, school rules, fees, transportation, summer courses based on official policies of WASS and the Minister of Education (MoET).
Entrance Exams
Students will take an Entrance Test at the school and an interview with the School’s Psychological Counselor.
For Students in Year 1
The Entrance Test consists of an interview with a Foreign Teacher at the school.
The Entrance Test consists of an interview with both a Vietnamese Teacher and a Foreign Teacher at the school.
For Students in Year 2 and Above
The Entrance Test differs between the IWAP (The Western Australian International Program) and BWAP (The Western Australian Curriculum Partial – Integrated Program) Pathways, as detailed below:
– Students will take a written test and attend an interview conducted in English. The written test evaluates students’ proficiency in Mathematics (in English) and English.
– Duration: 1.5 – 3 hours (depending on the year level).
– Test Schedule: Contact the School Office to arrange a suitable assessment date.

Admission Results
Admission is based on the results of the entrance exam, comments from the Academic Council and numbers of available seats at that time.
The result or Letter of Offer will be informed to parents within 3 – 5 working days.
The Academic Council includes the Principal, Director of Western Australian program and program coordinators.
Enrollment
Once you receive a Letter of Offer, parents must submit an Admission Fee within five days for enrollment confirmation and reserve your child’s seat.

For Students Entering Kindergarten:
- 01 general health check certificate of the student.
- Child’s psychological characteristics survey for school.
- 01 birth certificate.
- Vaccination record.
For Students Entering Primary, Secondary, or High School:
- 01 birth certificate.
- Academic transcript.
- Certificate of completion of the Primary School program.
- Secondary graduation certificate or provisional graduation certificate.
- School transfer application, with confirmation from both the sending and receiving schools.
- Transfer letter for Secondary and High School students (original copy) as per regulations.
- Valid compulsory health insurance or Parent’s service card (if the student is a child of a military officer).
- Residence information confirmation or personal identification number.
- Other documents as required (depending on the enrollment period).
- Passport and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) of the student (must be valid).
- Parents’ TRC (if they are foreign nationals), as required (must be valid).
- Enrollment application form signed by the Parents or Guardians (hard copy, bilingual).
- Graduation certificate from the most recent year or education level completed abroad (original copy and translated into Vietnamese, hard copy).
- Academic transcript or confirmation of academic performance from previous schools (translated into Vietnamese and certified, hard copy).
- Health certificate issued by a competent medical authority in the sending country, dated no more than 6 months before arrival in Vietnam.
- Introduction letter from the Department of Education and Training (if applicable).
* For students with dual nationality, including Vietnamese citizenship: Documents must comply with the requirements for Vietnamese students.
