Educational pathway

Currently, WASS offers two programs for Kindergarten to Year 12 students: The Western Australian Curriculum – Partial Integrated Program, and the Fully Integrated International Programs.

• The Western Australian Curriculum – Partial Integrated Program: Encompasses ACARA’s Australian curriculum in English, Mathematics, and Science. In Year 10, students can choose the MoET Program combined with the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) for a solid foundation of language and skills to achieve the English proficiency certificate. In addition, after Year 9, students have the opportunity to switch to Year 10 WA K-10 International program for adequate preparation in the academic foundations to continue with the Western Australian Certificate of Education International – Accredited Program (WACE International) or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme – Certified Program (IBDP) in Year 11.
• The Fully Integrated International Program: WASS offers a great diversity of international programs for 2 age groups: Year 1 – Year 10 and Year 11 – Year 12. Specifically, the Western Australian K-10 Curriculum International – Accredited Program (WA K-10 International) is implemented for Year 1 to Year 10 students, and two international diploma programs for Years 11 and 12 students: The Western Australian Certificate of Education International – Accredited Program (WACE International) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme – Certified Program (IBDP).
