Welcome parents and students to the September E-newsletter of the Western Australian School System,
So our WASS community has officially spent the first month of the 2022 – 2023 school year with a lot of effort and great success. Returning to school after the summer break, the students seem to be full of energy to learn and explore. With the spirit of always giving their best in all activities, WASSers have participated in many academic competitions such as the National Round of Robotacon 2022, or the Global Round of the World Scholar’s Cup in Bangkok, Thailand. As students of the pioneering generation, standing in front of competitors from other provinces and countries, they played their best and won prestigious awards. WASS hopes that soon, you will be able to conquer your higher goals.
Along with the proud achievements that WASSers have achieved, annual activities during the school year such as Mid-Autumn Festival and Peace Day also receive the active participation of students. In addition to providing students with the necessary academic knowledge to enter a new era, the Western Australian school system also provides students with playgrounds in which many lessons on human values, understanding and loving the traditional cultural beauty of the nation.
Human – rights activist Malcolm X once said that “Education is a passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today”. The Western Australian school system hopes that in the coming October, students will continue to make constant efforts to conquer new heights of knowledge, bringing what their teachers have taught them to reach out to conquer the world.
Best regards,
The Board of Principals of WASS
