Hoạt động trải nghiệm lớp học được diễn ra với sự đồng ý của Ban Giám hiệu. Đồng thời, Nhà trường đảm bảo rằng hoạt động này sẽ không làm ảnh hưởng hay gián đoạn quá trình học tập của các em học sinh.
Observations during class periods in classrooms shall be permitted only with the approval of the Board of Principals, and such visits shall not be allowed if their duration or frequency interferes with the delivery of instruction or disrupts the learning of students.
Quý Phụ huynh vui lòng hoàn tất thông tin đăng ký bên trên trước ít nhất 2 ngày
để tham gia trải nghiệm lớp học của con.
Parents must submit a request to observe their child’s classroom experience by completing an observation form at least 2 days in advance.
Mỗi gia đình chỉ tham dự lớp học với 1 thành viên (cha/mẹ/người giám hộ) để tránh gây ảnh hưởng đến quá trình học tập của các em học sinh.
Only one family member is allowed to attend the class observation to avoid disrupting the students’ learning process.
Hoạt động sẽ diễn ra tối đa 30 phút với mỗi lớp học. Mỗi buổi dự giờ của Phụ huynh sẽ chỉ diễn ra với tối đa 5 Phụ huynh tham dự/lớp. Trường hợp Môn học & Khung thời gian mà Phụ huynh đăng ký đã đạt số lượng đăng ký tối đa, Nhà trường kính mong Quý Phụ huynh thông cảm.
Classroom observations are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per visit. Each parent observation session will be limited to a maximum of 5 parents per class. In the event that the subject and time slot a parent has registered for has reached the maximum number of registrations, the School kindly ask for your understanding.
Phụ huynh cần có mặt trước ít nhất 10 phút trước khi tiết học bắt đầu. Nếu có bất kỳ thắc mắc nào, Phụ huynh có thể trao đổi cùng Ban Giám hiệu sau khi tiết học kết thúc.
Parents are respectfully advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins. If you have any questions, you may discuss with the Board of Principals after the class ends.
Nhằm đảo bảo hoạt động học tập của lớp cũng như bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của tất cả học sinh, Quý Phụ huynh vui lòng không quay phim, chụp ảnh hay ghi âm tại lớp học.
Photo-taking, video-taking, and audio-recording are not allowed during class observation in order not to disturb normal class activities and to protect the privacy of all students.
