Normally Obedience means as the way we always think is to obey our parents and grandparents or adults. However, as explained by the Character First curriculum, obedience itself owns a deeper meaning. Obedience with its limits not to family but compliance with social norms as well as the laws. And even you yourself have to know how to between good and bad. Do not follow blindly, but to know your decision, whether or not to listen to while being persuaded to do something that is against moral standards or unlawful. Or at least have people to stop you.
