The journey of discovering knowledge at WASS is not merely confined to textbooks but is expanded through a wide range of unique learning methodologies. Through creative projects and in-depth discussions, the WASS community has together created a vibrant academic atmosphere, affirming the prowess of our future global citizens.
From the creative projects of the Kindergarten students to the Information Session on the Diploma Programs and specialized exhibitions of the Secondary and High School students, the series of academic activities at WASS has ignited a passion for discovery while shaping sharp mindsets for students across all year levels.
1. A creative Academic Exhibition space for little WASSers
The Academic Exhibition “Little Learners Showcase” took place from March 23 to 26, 2026. The learning environment of our little WASSers was transformed into a vibrant “creativity station”, displaying academic projects that reflected the colorful learning journey of the children.

At the exhibition, for the very first time, the children confidently stood before their parents to present academic products created by themselves and their peers. The event became even more meaningful as parents directly accompanied their children in lively classroom lessons. Through this, parents gained a deeper understanding of the special teaching methods currently being implemented at WASS Kindergarten.
2. WASSers charting their future with international diploma programs
Alongside experiential activities, WASS places a strong emphasis on orienting long-term developmental pathways for senior students. The information session for Years 9 and 10 parents and students provided a comprehensive overview of two prestigious diploma programs at WASS:
- International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP): Focuses on developing independent research skills and the ability to adapt to a global academic environment.
- Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE International): Provides clear career orientation, helping students balance academic studies with the development of personal strengths.

During the event, the WASS Board of Principals directly addressed inquiries, assisting parents and students in identifying the “most suitable” pathway to optimize their potential and prepare for success at prestigious universities worldwide.
3. WASSers’ resilience and multi-dimensional perspectives at the Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Exhibition
Year 11 WASSers from the IBDP program successfully organized the Exhibition Theory of Knowledge (TOK), transforming the display space into an academic forum of profound depth.

By connecting everyday objects with global issues, students demonstrated sharp critical thinking and solid multi-dimensional perspectives. The exhibition serves as a significant milestone, testifying to their intellectual maturity on the journey to conquering the prestigious International Baccalaureate diploma.

The diverse academic activities held recently reaffirm WASS’s commitment to creating a holistic educational environment. Congratulations to all WASSers for excellently completing these major milestones. May you maintain your confidence and continue to shine on your upcoming journey to conquer knowledge.
