“It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving” ― Mother Theresa.
The monthly fair market is a great opportunity to remember that we can make this world a better place by helping each other. This November, the monthly fair market again took place at WASS, with the purpose of bringing the warmth of love to people in difficult situations.
Winter holidays are coming, bringing magic to our homes. But there are many difficult lives in this world who do not get lucky. We can gather with family to share warm moments, but some people can only dream about this.
At WASS, we teach students to care and express their opinions about social issues. They are always happy to share the love with everyone around. From early childhood, the school lead them to show kindness and have an open heart to be an active part of the community. This fair also plays an important role in their lives as they learn how to work with friends and teachers to get the most eye-catching products. Moreover, this kind of activity helps kids to make friends and build a trusting relationship with friends in the WASS community.
Participating in the fairs of this month, our students brought colorful handmade products which characterized the WASSers. During breaks or after school, students and teachers work together to make handmade crafts or create ideas for an attractive stall design. On the day of the fair, every stall was well-organized, bright and colorful. All over the schoolyard, we saw the smiling faces of the students inviting visitors to buy goods. It created a special atmosphere of the WASS Monthly Market Fair.
WASS would like to thank the dear students, teachers and staff at the school for their best love at the WASS Monthly Market Fair. See you all at the December Fair and the Music Concert, with the theme “Heart Connections”.
