Western Australian International School System (WASS) has spent 13 years on an educational journey with the mission of delivering a multicultural, caring and loving learning environment, contributing to nurturing and educating excellent, dynamic and enthusiastic global citizens with a foundation of knowledge, comprehensive skills and confidence when entering the world with many challenges in the future.
WASS is proud to be considered an Australian Overseas School in Vietnam with the accreditation of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA), and is also a member of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the Council of International Schools (CIS).

The Uniqueness of WASS
WASS is proud to be one of only two schools licensed by the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) and the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) to implement the Western Australian K-10 Curriculum International – Accredited Program and the Western Australian Curriculum – Partial Integrated Program, as well as two international baccalaureate programs: the Western Australian Certificate of Education International – Accredited Program (WACE International) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme – Certified Program (IBDP).
WASS integrates diverse learning and teaching methods with the motto “student-centered” to meet diverse learning orientations and provide effective learning and practice experiences.
WASS has become the home of thousands of students from more than 20 different countries around the world, providing diversity in international educational experiences. The curriculum inherits the quintessence of Australian education
WASS implements the Western Australian K-10 Curriculum International – Accredited Program (WA K-10 International) and the Western Australian Curriculum – Partial Integrated Program, which encompassed The Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority – ACARA’s Australian curriculum and is accredited by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA).

The Western Australian Certificate of Education International - Accredited Program (WACE International)
WACE International is a comprehensive, quality learning program that is rigorously accredited by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority of Western Australia (SCSA).
Students who meet WACE International requirements have the option of transferring to universities across Australia, including the Group of Eight (Australia’s top 8 university alliance), as well as prestigious universities around the world.
The well-designed learning pathway, balanced between academics and application of the WACE International program contributes to the comprehensive development of literacy, numeracy, and essential skills in many different fields.
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme – Certified Program (IBDP)
IBDP provides a practical and highly applicable educational pathway, contributing to educating generations of students who are knowledgeable, creative, thoughtful and fully equipped with the essential skills.
IBDP is highly appreciated by universities around the world. Top-tier universities such as Harvard, Yale or McGill are willing to waive credits on general subjects for students completing the IB program.
IBDP equips students with essential knowledge and skills along with an open international mindset, which is the foundation for students to improve their ability to earn valuable scholarships.
