Dear parents and students,

With response to the dreadful and increasingly dangerous situation of the acute respiratory disease caused by nCoV. According to the school’s record, during the Tet/Lunar New Year Holiday, there were students, teachers and staff visiting/travelling/having transit in China or the country and/or province in Vietnam infected by Corona Virus.

In order to ensure the safety for all students, teachers and staff at school, the Board of Principals inform:

1. 1. Students will have one week off: from the 3^rd to the 7^th of February 2020, the week for making up will be updated and informed soon.
2. 2. The School will continuously update the disease’s progress. Parents please keep yourself updated through our website, sms and email.
3. 3. When the students are back to school, the school still strictly conduct the prevention methods and solutions mentioned in the previous email sent out on 30^th January 2020.

We hope to have the parents’ collaboration and cooperation in order to contribute to a safe learning environment for students.
