Dear Parents and Students of the Western Australian School System,
Throughout February, our students have continued their efforts to study the second semester program, expanding their knowledge. Scientific projects in subjects such as physics, biology, chemistry, science, and ICT have been especially stimulating, unleashing our students’ creativity and scientific potential. The School’s Board of Directors and Professional Council have been attending practical lessons with teachers and students to provide timely support and listen to their aspirations.
To ensure a well-rounded learning experience that contributes to the holistic development of our students, Western Australian International School System has organized a number of practical activities in February. A field trip was held for students from years 6 to 12 from Trang An and Bai Dinh in Ninh Binh, which provided opportunities for our students to learn about the history and culture of our country and create wonderful memories together. Additionally, high school students had the chance to attend the symposium and visit the International University – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (IU), where they participated in demo activities at the LAB room of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Information Technology. This program has helped to provide our students the most comprehensive preparation for university. The school has also organized workshops covering important psychological topics; giving important insight into psychophysiology of puberty, which contributes to their balanced development of mind, body, and spirit.
In the months ahead, WASS will continue to offer a range of arts, sports, and community activities. Our students will actively review and systematize their knowledge to prepare for the second semesters midterm exams. With the hard work, creativity, and innovation of all members of the WASS community, our students will successfully complete the plans for the second semester of the 2022 – 2023 school year, nurturing their personalities and building a cooperative, outstanding community.
Wishing parents and students health and good things in life.
With best regards,
The Board of Principals of WASS
