Dear Parents and Students,

We would like to welcome you to the website of Western Australian International School System! At WASS, we offer diverse international educational programs that embrace a safe and healthy environment and nurture young global citizens who are engaged, active, and reflective. Students are taught to appreciate the Vietnamese cultural values and identities with international mindedness forming a solid foundation for the future of studying abroad or career development.

WASS learning community is adaptive, flexible, student-centered, and future-focused in order to meet the diverse learning objectives of students and a smooth transition to prestigious universities and colleges around the world. In contemporary education, the offering programs provide the students with the critical and creative thinking skills, and knowledge needed for today and tomorrow, as well as increase independence to analyze, reflect on and monitor their learning and intercultural experiences.

As future leading generations, our students are empowered and encouraged to make the world a better place for society. Students develop the skills for inquiry and research, which in turn develops our students to be both resourceful and resilient. As future leaders, they also learn to be effective communicators who consider the world around them and the perspectives of others.

We are committed to the education of the whole person: physically, emotionally, and intellectually. That is why our students strive to be principled; open-minded and caring learners as they aim to achieve well-being for themselves and their community.

Education is not just about academic achievements, a holistic approach is critically important. Alongside our Australian, Vietnamese, and International Baccalaureate curricula, our students are provided with opportunities to participate in many extra-curricular activities. These encompass a diverse range of activity clubs, including Arts, Sports, and Science Clubs, as well as competitions such as Robotics, the World Scholar’s Cup, and other academic competitions. Additionally, we orchestrate exceptional artistic performances, sports competitions, and various other meaningful community activities.

We are a collaborative learning community where each member is encouraged to be a lifelong learner. Our shared conviction is that fostering a school community based on collaboration, trust, courtesy, responsibility, and a common framework of expectations.
