The School Year Exhibition 2025 – 2026, themed “15 Years of Shine”, is not only a showcase of students’ achievements after a dynamic academic year but also a journey of exploration, thinking, and growth for every WASSer.

From initial ideas, students have gradually researched, experimented, and refined their work to create projects that reflect their personal voice, where academic knowledge meets creativity and unique perspectives.

More importantly, these projects are a clear reflection of the Project-based Learning approach that WASS has implemented throughout its 15-year journey of nurturing resilient generations of students. Instead of passively receiving knowledge, students take on the role of creators, actively exploring problems, developing solutions, and bringing their ideas to life.

To better understand these projects and how WASS nurtures independence, proactiveness, and confidence, let’s hear directly from our students about their experiences.

WASSer Phan Van Anh: “Our project “Rainbow Meals” helped me understand more about the benefits of different food groups for our body. The hardest part was sorting vegetables by their functions, but with my teacher’s guidance and by researching with my teammates, I was able to complete it.

Through this project, I learned that each color of food has its own benefits for our health. I hope my parents will feel proud of me and that my family can enjoy healthy, balanced meals together every day.”

WASSer Vo Phuc Phu Nghi: “Our project is a poster combined with a diagram about the tropical rainforest ecosystem with interesting facts, charts, and illustrations. During the process, we made some mistakes with the layout and had to fix it several times. But by working well as a team, we managed to complete our project.”

WASSer Pham Hoang Linh Dan: “Our project “Cartoon TV Model” is made from recycled cardboard and shows Vietnamese folk stories like “Tam Cam”, “Tich Chu”, and “Banh Chung – Banh Giay”. Through this, we learned how to recycle materials and understand more about our traditional culture. I hope my parents will feel proud and see how much effort I put in this academic year.”

WASSer Nguyen Lam Bao Ha: “While working on the Perfume River model, the biggest challenge was making it balanced and realistic, especially the bridge and overall layout. We had to plan carefully and adjust many times to get the result we wanted.

This project helped me improve my creativity and crafting skills, and also understand more about the culture and beauty of Hue, as well as the importance of the Perfume River.”

Class PWA-5E: “Our project is about the water cycle, which is very important but often overlooked in daily life. Through a 3D model, we want to help people understand how water moves in nature and why it is essential for life on Earth.

Besides scientific knowledge, we also want to send a message about protecting natural resources and the environment. This project shows our responsibility for the planet.”

Class IWA-7A: “Our project is about Ancient Egypt, especially the role of the Nile River in its development. The biggest challenge was organizing the timeline clearly and showing the importance of the river in each period. So we divided the work by time periods and then combined everything into one clear story.

Through this project, we learned more about history and improved our teamwork and responsibility.”

Class PWA-7D: “Our project focuses on using geometry to design a bridge model. By measuring and building based on a plan, we better understood how math can be applied in real life. We hope our parents will see how practical and meaningful math can be.”

Class PWA-8D: “Our project is about the structure of an animal cell, showing parts like the nucleus, cytoplasm, and cell membrane.

The hardest part was making it both accurate and visually appealing. At first, some details were not perfect, but we kept improving step by step. Through this, we learned more about biology, teamwork, and patience.”

From initial ideas to fully developed models, each project reflects the dedication and growth of our WASSers. The School hopes that at this special event on May 16, 2026, parents will feel a strong sense of pride in their children’s progress and continuous learning spirit throughout the past academic year, while also gaining a deeper understanding of the learning approaches at WASS.

The School, teachers, and especially the students at WASS are pleased to welcome Parents on this special day.
