“The summer filled with the joys and laughter of students has ended, along with the joyful and loving welcome of all teachers and staff of WASS for all students when officially entering the new school year. This school year is sure to bring a lot of excitement to all to obtain many good academic achievements.
As a homeroom teacher, I am very honored and happy with every new school year. I’m trusted by the school administration to take on the role of a leader to carry the boat of knowledge. It is my passion, and enthusiasm in the teaching profession that has contributed more motivation for me to steadily move forward with the students in this new school year.
The first week of class went by quickly and excitedly with the criteria that every day they went to school was a happy day. In addition to being a teacher who inspires students to study, I also take time to share and learn about the interests and personalities of each student in my class. From there, I can understand and confidently become a “friend” to accompany them throughout the learning journey in this new school year.
I was very happy that my students all quickly adjusted in the first days of the new school year. They got along, shared and helped each other in learning and playing. In addition, the children have gradually become more familiar and follow the routines of the school when instructed by teachers.
This is also a good start for the challenging new school year for our teacher and students. I believe that with the passion and enthusiasm of teaching combined with the enthusiasm of our students will reap many good academic results and conquer those a new level of knowledge, which will help to lift my students dreams.”
Nguyen Thi Ngoc – 5C Homeroom teacher
“Time is like a machine going through four seasons. School season is a season of exciting feelings, joy and excitement for teachers and students to prepare for the new school year.
This year is the first year I officially became a homeroom teacher after four years of studying at the University of Pedagogy. The first week of class had passed but the feeling of joy and thrill was still as intact as the first day of getting to know the class.
As the first year of being a homeroom teacher, I still had much to learn from colleagues to become a good teacher. Teaching is one of the most noble professions, it takes a lot of patience and especially the heart to train an elite generation of students. When I was determined to work in this profession, I understood that I need to try to study and cultivate every day knowledge to quality to become a good role model for students to follow.
The first week of school has finished, opening the next week of the new school year with many plans and expectations. I will try my best to bring the students to the pier of knowledge, perfecting their qualities!”
Nguyen Pham Cam Tu – 2G Homeroom teacher
