VEX Robotics World Championship 2024 – Preliminary Roster
The VEX Robotics National Championship 2024 is a national Robotics competition for Vietnamese students.
The tournament is a part of “A Year Of Robotics 2024” program implemented by STEAM for Vietnam, American Center (US Embassy and Consulate in Vietnam) and Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The best teams at the National Round will be honored to represent Vietnam to participate in the VEX Robotics World Championship in the US in May 2024.
WASS opens the selection for the “Talented Engineer Team” in the academic year 2023 – 2024 to provide them with the opportunity to participate in the VEX Robotics National Championship 2024.
Detailed information
Examination content:
– Creating and controlling Robot to solve problems on a robot competition table within the specified time
– Individual exam: Students have 40 minutes to create and practice Robot; and 1 minute to control Robot on a robot competition table
– Using the VEX IQ toolkit for Primary and Secondary students
– Using the VEX EXP toolkit for the High School students
– Scoring method: 50% in designing and creating Robot, 50% in controlling Robot
Registration
Students register with teachers, homeroom teachers or the School's Admissions Department.
