Dear WASS Community, 

Thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality during our visit in November 2022 to the Western Australian International School System (WASS). 

We were grateful for the time spent in the kindergarten, primary, middle school, and senior school campuses, talking to teachers, discussing mutual areas of interest, and observing highly engaged and happy students in their learning environments.

The inaugural Year 12 Western Australian Certificate of Education Graduation (WACE) Ceremony was impressive, such a special occasion for students and their families and we were honoured to be able to take part.

We are confident that information shared with teachers and the leadership team will support ongoing school improvement, particularly regarding assessment, streamlining teachers’ workload, validation of teachers’ judgements and moderation processes associated with the Western Australian curriculum programs.

The Authority looks forward to assisting the school build its broader team planning over the coming months, working collaboratively with ongoing quality assurance processes and support programs.
