After more than 4 exciting months and over 200 performances, the WASS’s Got Talent 2025 competition officially came to a close with a spectacular Final Round on March 29, 2025. While the contest may have ended, the valuable experiences gained along the way will surely become a solid foundation for our talented WASSers to keep shining on their future journeys.

The WASS’s Got Talent 2025 competition served not only as a vibrant artistic playground but also as a platform where passion could take flight, empowering WASSers to confidently express their talents and individuality.

Beneath the stage lights, our talented “artists” delivered a diverse lineup of performances, ranging from singing, dancing, piano, flute, and drum performances to aerial yoga and magic acts. Each soulful melody, energetic movement, and creative act resonated with the audience, leaving unforgettable impressions.

The success of each performance was not merely the spotlight on stage, but a culmination of countless hours of practice, perseverance, and the silent yet steadfast support of family, teachers, and friends – those who stood behind the scenes, cheering on the students with unwavering belief and love. As shared by WASSer Dang Ly Phuong Vy, who won the Second Place Award, “Throughout the demanding practice sessions, there were times I felt like giving up, but my passion and determination kept me going. When the music started, I gave it my all and forgot about all the pressure and nerves. The audience’s applause was a priceless source of motivation that made all my efforts worthwhile. Especially when I heard feedback from the professional Judges, I felt both happy and relieved knowing I had done my best. I truly hope the School will continue organizing more talent competitions in the future, so we can keep igniting our passions and discovering new talents.”

For WASSer Ly Tung Anh, who took home the Third Place Award, the competition journey was a valuable opportunity for growth, discovery, and self-reflection. He shared,

“WASS’s Got Talent taught me how to confidently express myself and overcome the fear of performing on stage. During the preparation and rehearsals, I developed discipline, strengthened my perseverance, and constantly pushed myself to improve. The event also allowed me to enjoy the amazing talents of other students from all year levels. Altogether, it created a beautiful memory of my time at WASS. I feel proud to be a WASSer.”

To deliver such emotionally charged and outstanding performances, WASSer Huynh Whitney – First Place winner – committed herself wholeheartedly to every detail of her acts. Recalling the moment of victory, she emotionally shared, “When the MC announced I was the winner, I was in disbelief – I truly didn’t expect to win. I went through a rollercoaster of emotions and finally realized that I had actually done it. That was a deeply joyful moment, and it will remain one of the most unforgettable memories of my student life.”

A key element contributing to the professionalism and grand scale of WASS’s Got Talent 2025 was the presence of our special guest judges: Artist Viet Trinh, Artist Kim Tuyen, and Artist Luong Nghiem Huy. With extensive expertise, hands-on experience, and profound knowledge of the industry, our Judges provided invaluable feedback and thoughtful guidance to help elevate the students’ performances.

Most of all, the School extends heartfelt thanks to all WASSers who boldly stepped out of their comfort zones, gave their all, and showcased their unique personalities. You are the ones who made WASS’s Got Talent 2025 truly memorable and meaningful.

Though the competition has drawn to a close, the fire of artistic passion of WASSers certainly burns on. The experiences gained and the confidence built along the way will remain a valuable foundation for our students as they continue to chase their dreams and shine even brighter on new stages ahead.
