On December 9 – 10, 2025, WASS was honored to welcome Ms. Leanne Duong, Principal Consultant of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA), for the School’s annual quality accreditation review.

This regular and important evaluation aims to ensure that WASS fully complies with SCSA’s rigorous standards in delivering the Western Australian Curriculum, including academic content, teaching and learning approaches, academic management, and school facilities. During the visit, the SCSA representative conducted a comprehensive review through classroom observations, documentation checks, and professional discussions with the Board of Principals and WASS’s dedicated teaching staff.

Beyond assessment, the visit also provided a valuable opportunity for WASS educators to engage in professional exchange, reflect on teaching practices, and receive constructive, forward-looking feedback from SCSA, supporting the continuous improvement of curriculum implementation.

This accreditation review further reaffirms WASS’s long-standing commitment over the past 15 years to delivering high-quality, globally recognized education that is consistently aligned with the Australian National Curriculum Framework and the Western Australian Outlines. The professional feedback from the SCSA representative also serves as a crucial foundation for the School’s ongoing enhancement, innovation, and improvement in teaching and learning.

Throughout its development journey, WASS remains firmly committed to upholding SCSA standards and fulfilling our mission to create a balanced and holistic learning environment. At WASS, students are not only equipped with a strong academic foundation but are also empowered to develop essential skills, global mindsets, and personal qualities, preparing them to become confident, proactive, and responsible global citizens.
