On May 18, 2024, the Years 9 – 12 WASSers and WASS alumni were immersed in the enchanting atmosphere of “Prom24’: The Wisteria” to cherish the brilliant memories of their academic years, relax after hours of hard work, and expand their social circle.
Leaving behind the familiar images of students in uniforms, WASSers transformed the night into a dazzling spectacle with their stunning makeovers. The boys looked dapper in their suits, while the girls looked radiant in their elegant gowns.
The Prom Night resembled a magical garden adorned with gigantic flowers and shimmering lights. Students from Years 9 to 12, along with enthusiastic alumni at WASS, had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere filled with joy and laughter.
At the “Prom24’: The Wisteria”, students unleashed their youth with exciting performances, fun games, gentle dance tunes, and interesting activities such as creating fairy lights, capturing moments at the Flower Booth, and expressing love at the Love Confession Box.
The Prom Night was further enhanced when all the students together chose the two most outstanding individuals, Pham Quoc Khanh and Le Ba Phuong Nghi, for the prestigious titles of King & Queen. Congratulations to the new “King” and “Queen” for conquering the crowns with their talent and impressive demeanor!
Especially, the event was also a touching “farewell” to the Year 12 students – the brave “warriors” who are about to conclude their academic journey at their beloved school of WASS and embark on important exams that will open doors to new lands of knowledge with countless new and promising experiences awaiting them.
Beyond being a mere Prom Night, this event served as a bridge that connected the “lions” of the WASS community and helped them become more attached and united. The Prom Night of the academic year 2023 – 2024 has come to an end, but the essence will continue to resonate in the hearts of every WASSer. The moments of immersion in joy at “Prom24’: The Wisteria” have added more brilliance and memories to the picture of their school days.
