In harmony with the message “Act Now for a Peaceful World” launched by the United Nations, WASS celebrated Peace Day on September 19, 2025.

The event was not only an opportunity for WASSers to spread love and honor the values of peace, but also a chance to nurture the spirit of sharing through meaningful activities that contribute to building a compassionate and sustainable community.

Together, the WASS community spread the message “Listen – Be Kind – Take Action” through a variety of engaging activities, planting seeds of love to foster a better world while raising awareness and sharing kindness with everyone.

The spirit of Peace Day was beautifully symbolized by the color blue of hope, the purity of white doves, and the simple yet heartfelt actions that carry profound values. Across all year levels, WASSers created artistic works, practiced listening and empathy, explored new ways of communication, discussed positive solutions to social issues, and immersed themselves in humanistic experiences that strengthened community bonds.

In particular, each blue shirt worn on this day contributed 10,000 VND to the Community Fund “Empower the Next Generation”. The day also marked the official launch of the Piggy Bank Fundraising Campaign for the academic year 2025 – 2026. All proceeds will support the main project “Tay Bac: One Brick – A Million Dreams”.

WASS believes that every small action can grow into a powerful force, inspiring everyone to work together and create meaningful impacts for the community. Peace Day 2025 was truly an opportunity for each WASSer to become an “ambassador of peace”, sowing seeds of love and joining hands to build a world filled with happiness and harmony.
