November came to a close with emotional and meaningful milestones, featuring a series of impactful events and exciting competitions. Let’s take a moment to look back at the amazing journey we have shared!

1. WASS’s Got Talent – Where WASSers Shine Their Talents

WASSers from all year levels confidently showcased their incredible talents during the Preliminary Round of WASS’s Got Talent in early November 2024. From singing, dancing, acting, and playing musical instruments to performing magic tricks, each performance reflected our students’ unique creativity and passion. Several outstanding performances have been selected to advance to the upcoming Semi-Final Round. Let’s look forward to the upcoming spectacular performances, as the WASSers deliver even more impressive acts in the next round! 

2. WASSers Ignite the Startup Competition with Exceptional Ideas

In the Preliminary Round of the “Sustainable Startups” competition, the WASSers presented innovative business ideas centered on environmental protection. Additionally, they showcased sharp reasoning skills and a bold, “dare to dream, dare to do” spirit. After the Preliminary Round, the teams with the most outstanding performances will advance to the Project Implementation Phase, where they will receive in-depth feedback from the Board of Principles and Homeroom Teachers to refine and bring their projects to life.

Adding even greater meaning to the competition, all proceeds from the WASSers’ startup booths were donated to the Community Fund “Empower the Next Generation”. This fund supports WASS’s ongoing journey of compassion, contributing to the “Yen Bai, For a Brighter Tomorrow” (Phase 2) project.

3. Event “Rainbow of Dreams – One Team, One Spirit” Shines Bright with Little WASSers

At the “Rainbow of Dreams – One Team, One Spirit” event, the little WASSers of WASS Kindergarten enjoyed an exciting day at school as they explored a vibrant world of colors, expressed their individuality, and strengthened bonds with teachers and friends through unique activities. The radiant smiles, warm hugs, and eager eyes of the students made the event even more meaningful.

4. Small Gifts, Big Gratitude for Our Teachers

On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, November 20, 2024, WASSers joined hands to create heartfelt gifts for their teachers. From charming greeting cards and colorful paintings to adorable decorative items, each handcrafted piece carried the deep affection of the students for their teachers on this special day of gratitude. These creative works not only expressed the students’ heartfelt appreciation but also showcased their growth and skill development. Each unique gift is a priceless token of love that their teachers will cherish forever.

5. Career Day 2024 – A Journey of Experience and Future Guidance

The Career Day 2024 event, themed “Shaping Ambitions, Inspiring Futures,” took place on November 22, offering students a unique opportunity to dress in attire representing their dream professions. They also participated in engaging activities to explore the specific responsibilities of various careers. Notably, the WASSers confidently shared their aspirations for the future and outlined plans to achieve their dreams. Through Career Day 2024, WASS aims to inspire students’ passions and provide clearer guidance for their future paths.

6. A Memorable Milestone – The First 100 Days at WASS for Year 1

The first 100 days of school for the Year 1 WASSers were celebrated with a special event, “100th Day at WASS”. During this event, the students, together with their parents and teachers, had the opportunity to admire impressive academic projects, enjoy special performances, and participate in a variety of hands-on activities. The event was made even more meaningful as the WASSers personally wrote letters to express their heartfelt thanks to their loved ones.

November has come to a close with uplifting emotions and unforgettable memories. We believe this will serve as motivation for the WASSers to continue exploring, creating, and looking forward to even greater things in the academic year 2024 – 2025.
