On March 27, 2025, the top 10 outstanding WASSers lit up the stage at the TEDx Event Day – part of the TEDxYouth@WASS 2025 competition – with their impressive stage presence and sharp logical thinking.

Building on three consecutive seasons of success, TEDxYouth@WASS has become one of the most anticipated annual events at WASS. Stepping into its fourth year, the TEDxYouth@WASS stage continues to open doors for WASSers to share meaningful stories and powerful inspiration throughout both the school community and beyond.

Taking place from March 5 to 7, 2025, the School Round of TEDxYouth@WASS 2025 saw over 140 contestants compete for a spot in the spotlight. Surpassing them all, the 10 most outstanding WASSers made it to the TEDx Event Day, where they delivered impressive, deeply personal presentations.

With confidence, stage presence, strong communication skills, and sharp reasoning, our “young speakers” turned this year’s stage into a hub of fresh perspectives and profound insights on pressing global issues, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), gaming in education, the future of the food, the impact of social media, and identity through fashion.

Each speech not only showcased the students’ deep understanding and sharp analytical thinking but also voiced their concerns about the challenges facing the world today. WASSers demonstrated a generation unafraid to ask critical questions, engage in meaningful dialogue, and take proactive steps toward shaping a better future.

While each WASSer brought a unique perspective and personal voice, they all shared a common aspiration: to inspire, advocate for positive change, and affirm the vital role of young people in building a better society.

Although TEDxYouth@WASS 2025 has concluded, the meaningful messages and vibrant energy delivered by our WASSers continue to resonate deeply with everyone who attended. Thank you to our courageous and talented “young speakers” for turning this meaningful platform into a powerful journey of knowledge-sharing and inspiration.
