Whatever things have been changing, only parents’ love towards their children do never fade. Indeed, how we can measure the heart and love of parents for children, so filial piety, as a natural thing, always the must-have norm of every human. With concentration on both academic and character for students, on the last July 12th, Western Australian School held the seminar “Teaching filial piety is the first priority” with the participation of Associate Professor PhD. Huynh Van Son, which has caused much emotion for many attendances.
Opening the seminar was fun activities for parents and children that were full filled with laughter. The games seemed to be simple but connected affection and increased understanding between the two generations. These short and meaningful memories surely will be always filled in their hearts.
Next, the speaker Huynh Van Son made the whole hall listen intently to his emotional sharing, and practical lessons for each child. The simple questions were posed to the children such as “when is the last time you have meal with your parents”, the words were confided in children’s tears touched all the people there and then they all exploded into strong emotions.
