Studying doesn’t mean sitting in the class and writing or taking notes. With the slogan “learning is fun and fun is learning”, on July 10th, the Western Australian School organized a field trip – classes without walls for students during their summer program. The students were extremely excited of playing games in a comfortable atmosphere and through that, they learnt very useful lessons.

To gain comprehensive development, a child needs physical training to improve their health, along with knowledge cultivation. Therefore, the Western Australian Primary and High School built and held the field trip which included exercise games for their students like football, tug of war, lifting balls, etc.

In addition, they also expressed their solidarity and group working ability in the exciting games such as bringing water to its origin. With glasses given and put on heads, each person had to stand in line against back, transform water by pouring it into glasses of their team members as much as possible without turning back or looking at it. At that time, the teammates would guide you how to make it quickly and accurately. The final team member was given a glass with holes and he/she had to hold water in that glass and take it to the finish line. Through this game, I’ve learned that “beyond the deftness, we need to trust each other, to unite together in the goal” Phuoc Khang, Pre student shared.

Teachers also contributed their enthusiasm and excitement on the playground. Apart from their audience role, when the students were participating in the games, teachers also became powerful comrades of the students.

Below are some photos in the field trip:
