As WASS embraces the academic year 2026 – 2027 with a spirit of innovation and growth, our teachers came together for a series of dynamic and practical Professional Development (PD) Training sessions. The program gave educators opportunities to connect, expand their knowledge, share experiences, and work toward a shared goal: enhancing educational quality and creating effective, engaging, and inspiring learning experiences for WASSers.
Embracing innovative teaching methods and technology
Throughout the program, teachers explored key directions for the new academic year, discussed innovative teaching approaches, and gained hands-on experience in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the classroom. Through new tools and approaches, teachers gained practical strategies to design more flexible lessons, foster greater interaction, and personalize learning experiences, while using technology effectively and responsibly in education.
The training also focused on strengthening essential skills for supporting students, including communication, parent collaboration, student care, and creating a positive learning environment. These sessions allowed teachers to refresh their knowledge, reflect on classroom practices, exchange diverse perspectives, and explore approaches that better respond to the needs of each student.
