Peace Day 2023: Global Harmony – Embracing Peace
Peace Day aims to create conditions for WASSers to understand and spread meaningful messages about Peace Day.
The theme “Global Harmony – Embracing Peace” represents WASS community’s desire for a united and close-knit world. With this theme, WASS also promotes the spread of positive and meaningful messages to jointly build a healthy, friendly and loving learning environment.

Contents of programs
- One WASS - One Peace: Students are encouraged to wear blue shirts on that day.
- Making paper cranes
- Say Your Peace: Each student will design their own feather and together create wings to wish for peace.

Summary of the program
Peace Day 2023 at WASS standed out with the image of giant wings made from feathers meticulously decorated by the students. On each feather, WASSers sent meaningful messages expressing wishes for world peace. It was also a symbol representing the children’s belief in an equal and good future.
Responding to the call for peace is a small but influential contribution. It is like the image of feathers that are small, but when joined together they can form large free wings.
Even more meaningful, with each blue shirt worn to school, the students and the School contributed 10,000 VND to WASS’s Empower the Next Generation to help the underprivileged people across the country.
