March at WASS was more than just a month of vibrant activities; it was a series of brilliant journeys on every WASSer’s “discovery map”. From trekking through vast forests to engaging in spirited battles of wits at the Mathematics “playground”, our students have together written a proud new chapter in their growth.
1. Discovery journeys beyond classroom “borders”
Over the past month, the WASSers’ book of knowledge has been “brought to life” with new experiential “coordinates”, helping students transform theoretical lessons into practical skills.
1.1 The science & nature “coordinate”
More than just a field trip, the journey to Binh Chau – Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve transformed Year 11 students into real-world field researchers. Through hands-on soil and water sampling, observing the ecosystem, and processing data, students successfully translated dry theories into sharp skills in critical thinking, analysis, and practical problem-solving.

1.2 The culture & arts “coordinate”
For our little WASSers, the Practical Learning Activity at the Rong Vang Water Puppet Theater on March 4 and 5 offered vibrant cultural experiences. The children were completely immersed in fascinating stories and a variety of unique wooden puppet characters.

On March 10, our Year 7 students traveled back in time at the Ao Dai Museum to discover the graceful beauty of the Vietnamese Ao Dai through different historical periods. Shortly after, on March 1, Year 6 WASSers stepped into the artistic space of the Quang San Museum to explore inspiring paintings and unlock new creative perspectives.

2. Milestones in conquering intellectual peaks
Alongside these practical experiences, the Young Math Scholars Final Round on March 24 and 25 stood as a special milestone for Primary School WASSers to affirm their courage and intellect.

The March mathematics arena witnessed spectacular breakthroughs. Here, numbers were no longer just exercises on paper; they became a race of speed, precision, and teamwork. Every award presented at the competition marks a milestone in the WASSers’ persistent effort and passion for conquering intellectual heights.

Closing out March 2026, the “growth map” of our WASSers has been filled with the vibrant colors of rewarding experiences and achievements. These discovery journeys and memorable milestones serve as a solid foundation, fueling students with the confidence to continue their journey of self-discovery and exploring the world in the final months of the academic year 2025 – 2026.
